My Luxe is stuck on a screen with dots across the top and one blue dot in the middle at the top. I can’t access anything on it, nor see the time. It is only two days old…

Please restart your Fitbit Luxe as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
