Luxe screen won't respond

My luxe screen is blank, it won’t respond when I tap it, the battery is 48% which shows when I put it on charge

Hi there, @AnneDawson. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Luxe screen won't respond. I will be glad to help you with this!

Please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Yes, my daughter's Luxe does the same thing.  Except it takes awhile and taking it on and off the charger to finally get it to respond.  Between hers and mine, we have figured out that FitBit/Luxe is just not a quality product (along with their App interface) and when the year is up....we are getting Apple Watches.  Apart from all of this they are wildly inaccurate on just about every level, just making them a cute watch.
