Luxe screen won’t scroll

Have tried resetting with the put in charging three times within 8 secs.  No button on charger to reset the other way.

Any other ideas?  How long is the normal life?  Mine is about 3 years.  Don’t think it should be dying now?

I appreciate your message, and I'm sorry to hear your Luxe's screen won't scroll. 

Could you please verify if your Luxe is up-to-date ? How do I update my Fitbit device?
This procedure is done directly from your Fitbit application.

Thank you for your confirmation about your Luxe's update. 

I appreciate your troubleshooting efforts. There is another way to restart your device : 

  1. Connect your device to the charging cable. For instructions, refer to How do I charge my Fitbit device?
  2. Press the button located on the flat end of the charger 3 times, with one-second pause between each press. Then wait 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears.

Please, try as well to change the clock face by following the steps shown in the following help article : How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

Hi. As I said in my original post I do Not have a button on my charger.
I've changed the face as per the instructions andbit still won't work.

Thank you for your message. I recently saw that you contacted support, the best thing would be for you to continue with them since they have more tools to find your options.
I recommend that you keep an eye on your email inbox, even spam, since they can contact you there.
