I have had my Fitbit luxe for about a year now, after that it stopped swiping to the right and the left. I have tried all of the tips from this community, I have tried charging it and restarting it. I also have tried changing the clock face and it is still not responding.
This watch is basically no use anymore, it is probably only useful for looking at the time and tracking sleep and steps. Other than that it ain't worth anything anymore.
I hope any of y'all could help me with this problem, I'll probably give it another 3 weeks and I will get a new one.

I'm sorry to hear that after about one year, the display of your Luxe stopped swiping to the left and to the right. Thank you so much for your efforts and for letting us know about this situation.
