Luxe screen won't turn on

My wife’s Luxe stopped working after recent re-charging. The screen is blank and the green light at the back is flashing rapidly

Hi there, @Twilks37. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided about your wife's Luxe. I understand where your concern is coming from. 

Please restart the Luxe as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi, after running a recharge the screen will no longer turn on.  Tracking is still happening, and still feel the vibrations from notifications.

 

I have tried restarting a number of times and changed the clock face with no luck.
