Hi, my luxe screen won't turn on. It's fully charged and I've tried to synchronise, but that won't work either. I don't have a Twitter account to send a message to contact support. So hopefully this will work.

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face. If this doesn't work, let me know so I can get you in touch with our Support Team.
