Luxe screen won't turn on

I woke up and my Fitbit screen won’t display . The battery is dying quickly. What should i do? You said we should wear it to bed… now i don’t know what happened during the night that stopped the screen. I have tried to restart but no result. i can see its still working through the app. But i can’t see anything on the watch itself. Help please

Hi there, @Gsalma. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Luxe before reaching out. 

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face. 

As for the battery draining too fast, Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?

I have tried this . And as i installed a new clock face. It vibrated but
still no display. --

try the reset button on the USB adapter 3 times (1 second in between each press). make sure the usb is plugged into power as you do it.
