Luxe screen won't turn on

Luxe screen randomly went black and wouldn’t turn back on. Restarted it numerous times, have changed the clock face and nothing works. Once I’ve restarted it the screen will turn on with a tap for about 1min then blank again, while screen is on unable to scroll/swipe. 
help please
