Luxe screen won't turn on

My luxe screen went blank and i cant seem to make it work again when i connect the charger it vibrates when i sync to a different clock face it vibrates upon completion of the install if i try to put it on there is a blinking green light  i already tried the 3x button on the charger it doea not work it only vibrates every after press please help thanks

Hi @Myrhexia It sounds as if you have tried all the usual fixes. You will need to contact Fitbit Support  and hope they can help.
