I have fully charged my luxe and checked as it comes up on the screen when I attach the charger, but when I put it back on my wrist it just says 18% in the red, so it is not picking up the correct amount of charge, when I go to settings it says battery fully charged, but it is annoying to not show on the front screen, Yes I have synced it! (several times) anyone know how to fix this? thanks Victoria

Thanks, I updated my iphone software and re-booted everything again, and delighted to say it is now working

Hi there, @VictoriaLondon. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Luxe before reaching out. I understand how annoying this can be.
As a first approach, I'd suggest restarting your Luxe as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
If the issue persists, see Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
