Luxe showing high step\distance\calorie burn spikes when syncing

For the last few months, my luxe will randomly spike a very high number during the sync process.

At first it would correct it to the right number after fully syncing, but now it leaves my app with the higher number. (I got 200k steps one day.)

It has gotten to the point where it is messing up at least 1x\day, making any attempt at looking at my data trends useless.

I have updated the app. About to try uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app, though I don't have a lot of hope because I saw other people complaining about this same issue with other Fitbit products.

Hopefully there are ideas for next steps. In general I love the device. It looks good, has good battery life, and is waterproof. I just want it to actually work.

Hi @Cougiecat1 Have you tried Restarting  your Luxe a couple of times? Worth a try if you haven't.

I completely uninstalled the app, reinstalled it, and resynced my luxe..... And got 18900 steps at 1205am this morning.

And now it's even worse cause it's showing that wrong number on my luxe itself and not just in the app.

I restarted it 2x yesterday as per your advice. Sadly didn't solve the problem. Only starting today with 1900 bonus steps this time, but it's still messing up.
