Luxe showing huge calorie burn while I'm sitting at a desk?

I've been sitting here at my desk in a chair for the past couple hours. Suddenly my Luxe started vibrating, telling me that I just had 43 active zone minutes?! It's listing 19 fat burn and 24 cardio & peak. The heart rate showing on my Fitbit was way too high as well. All that I can think is that I was bouncing my foot on the floor a bit, maybe feeling a bit stressed about work, but I certainly wasn't exercising. Now my caloric burn for the day is now way off.

Anyone else experience this? I've only had my Luxe for 6 days...

Hi @keilhawk ! Welcome to the forum. Could you please reboot your device? On the main screen (clockface) swipe down until you get to the Settings icon. Tap on it and scroll down to Restart Device. Tap it. This should resolve the issue. I would also recommend taking the tracker off and wiping the sensor with a soft cloth. This usually resolves the issue for me. 🙂
