set up multiple alarms on Luxe

I am wanting to set up a daily alarm on my Luxe, which has to be done on the device and all I can get is a one time alarm.

Do I need to do this everyday?

I did the reset with the support team but the problem is the same.
The problem is the Fitbit not my heart!!!

I'm worrying a lot and it's creating anxiety
