Had Luxe for 2+ years and a few weeks ago it started shutting off w/ ample battery storage. Tried tips from other users and went to help chat but could not reconnect. Extremely frustrating!!’n

I have exactly the same problem: the battery in my Fitbit Luxe watch is fully charged, but it still keeps stopping several times a day. I have followed all the recommendations to fix this problem, without success.
I bought this watch in December 2022, and I have had this problem since August this year. This makes my watch unusable and, what's more, it is no longer under warranty.
If you have no solution other than those already suggested (restarting, etc.), I will have to buy another watch, but it certainly won't be a Fitbit.
