Luxe: side slide isnt working, up&down sometimes

Experienced 2 days ago degradation of display responsiveness - no chance to slide sideway, almost not possible up and down… restarted severaltimes, re synced, charged overnight… any thoughts pls?

Mine isn’t working well too. Not responsive at all. Tried several times to reboot/restart. Just bought about 1 month plus
