For the last month or two, the sleep information does not display on my Luxe unless I first sync it with my phone. The sleep area is there, but where it should display the hours slept and the sleep score, it just shows lines: --. After trying to sync it to my phone a couple times, the info finally displays on my phone and on my Luxe. Is there a way of correcting this? I've only had the Luxe for a year and it seems like there have been a few little problems.

Hi there, @bluelele. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the inconvenience with your Luxe.
Please note your sleep data may take a few minutes to appear. With that being said, I suggest keep doing what you do so far and sync your Luxe to the app after waking up. This will help to make sure that all your data is sync properly.
However, if your data takes longer than a few minutes to appear, please try restarting your Luxe.
Hope this helps.

Hi, thanks for your reply. My hope is that I will be able to see my sleep info on my Fitbit without having to sync it to my phone. This used to happen until a couple months ago. Now, if I don’t sync it, it will not show at all, even for days. I’ve tried many times to restart it. Having to look at my phone defeats the purpose of having a place on the Fitbit to show sleep info.
That said, I’ve just “Replaced” my device on the app as was suggested in another thread. I’ll see tomorrow if this fixes the problem.

Problem solved. My sleep info is now showing without having to sync my fitbit first. "Replacing" the device on the app worked.
