Luxe step streak gone and dying with 40% power

Why have you not learned Fitbit?  Earlier this year you removed the step tracker and now it zeroed out after the last update. Had 500 days, now it us 2. If it is not broke don’t fix it.  As others have posted the luxe dies. Mine does with 40% power left. I have been reduced to charging it every other day. 
I would go back to my Garmin but it does not allow you to add steps when the device dies. 
If you are doing an Apple program Obsolescence then probably people will go elsewhere so it will not work

My Luxe’s screen won’t turn on with movement or with a double tap. In order to get it to,work again, I have to put it on the charger. I did that earlier this evening and it showed,96% charged.

this is very frustrating when I’m exercising and those steps & zone minutes don’t count because Fitbit isn’t recording them. Or when I am sleeping and half the night’s sleep isn’t tracked.

sure hope,this can be fixed,soon.
