Luxe stopped notifying me about my heart rate zone alerts

My Luxe doesn't notify anymore the changes in heart rate zone during my workout. I've CHECKED, and notifying through vibration is correctly switched ON.

Hi there, @eleele78. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post and for already checking the settings to make sure everything was set correctly. 

As a first approach, I'd recommend restarting your Luxe. For instructions, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?. Then, double check the following to make sure you receive your heart rate zone alerts:

1. On Luxe, swipe left or right to the Exercise app, then swipe up to find an exercise.

2. Tap to choose an exercise, then swipe up through the exercise settings.

3. Tap Heart Zone Notifications to turn the setting on or off.
   
   

Weekly Active Zone Minutes notifications: On Luxe, swipe down from the clock screen to find the Settings app. Open the Settings app > tap Heart Zone Notifications to turn the setting on or off.

If the issue persists, please let me know if your Luxe isn't vibrating for other features such as notifications, alarms, goals, etc., so I can further investigate.
