Nov. 4th I had data going from my watch to my phone.  Nov 5 until present it will not share the data in the app on phone. I have tried the following: pairing again, turning off and on Bluetooth,  disconnecting and starting over.  What is the problem here?

@Babycakes19 , a warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your messages and efforts

It seems that you already read this: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

If so please follow these steps, some you have already done, but the order is important:

  • Restart your Luxe.
  • Please on the phone, go to Settings>Bluetooth and remove all connections that exist with the tracker. (Forget, ignore or unpair device depending on the phone's operating system version)
  • Turn off the Bluetooth and restart your phone. (switch off and on again).
  • When the phone is back on, turn the Bluetooth on again, but DO NOT attempt to connect to the tracker from here.
  • Go on the app. From here, try setting up the tracker as a new device.

Try to sync the Luxe again

Hi, I and many others have had this problem recently. In my case I think it was connected to an Android update. I followed all the tips but nothing worked until I finally got it to pair the other day by doing the following:

Remove the fitbit app from my phone, disconnect from Bluetooth on my phone. Then I went to settings on my watch, clicked on device info, then on clear user data. Then the watch will ask you to add the fitbit app to your phone and from there it's straight forward just as if you are connecting a new watch. Give it a go if you don't have any joy with your first reply.

@Maryrose2449 Thank you for sharing your solution. We rarely recommend those steps, if your Fitbit hasn't sync in a few days, the data may still be contained (saved) on the device. If you use the "clear user data" the saved activities might get lost. We know how important your data is. That's why we don't really recommend these steps, and if so only as a last resource.

@Babycakes19 , Thank you for your reply! I'm glad that the info was helpful . I wish you a lot of fun with the Luxe.
Keep on stepping.
