My Fitbit luxe has stopped showing my dashboard after two days of use.
planning on returning if I cannot get it resolved in next 24 hours

To better assist you with this matter, would you mind clarifying what you mean by "has stopped showing my dashboard"? Is your Fitbit Luxe screen blank or you data is not being synced to your Fitbit app?
If you're having issues with the screen, please restart your Luxe as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
On the other hand, if you're experiencing syncing difficulties, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
