Luxe stopped showing the correct time

I have deleted and re added my luxe, that did not help, i have checked all the settings. This all started when i was charging my fitbit and an X came up on the screen with a red circle around it, then the clock time changed and nothing i have done has fixed the problem. Please advise.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @debfromlodi. I'll be happy to assist with your Luxe incorrect time query. Thank you for letting us know that  you've deleted and re added your tracker without success.

I understand how frustrating this could be and noticed that you've followed the instructions from our Support Team without success. I'd recommend contacting them again and letting them know that their instructions didn't work.
