My Luxe has not synced for more than a month and each time it starts like it will sync and nothing happens.
Do I need to delete and reload to my phone?

As a first approach, please take @Odyssey13's comments into consideration to avoid any more issues.
If you're still having syncing difficulties, may I know the model of your mobile phone? Please make sure it meets the requirements listed here.
If you haven't done so yet, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?. Also, make sure that your Luxe and Fitbit app are up-to-date.

Hi @Robb3 first thing to do is usually a restart of the device while it's on the charger. Have you tried that? As for removing the app, do not do that unless your phone is compatible. There are minimum requirements to use the app and Apple and Google remove the older versions (for the older system phones), so you might find yourself stuck with no app.
