Luxe stopped syncing to my iPhone

Dear, 

 

please help. My luxe stopped syncing.

What I already did:

- Update IPhone 

- Turn IPhone on and off

- Restart FitBit 

- Removed the Bluetooth connection

- Tried syncing on an another device

- Tried syncing on an another FitBit account

- Removed my FitBit app and reinstalled it. 
Help!

Thank you for your reply. I am sorry to say I tried it all and I did not miss any of these steps. Still not syncing.
