Luxe stopped syncing with my Mac computer and the date is wrong.

I tried the fixes listed and nothing worked.

It did run out of power overnight and that is when I noticed the wrong time.

Since I was only using it for a watch for the last 2 months I did not notice it was not automatically syncing. When I checked my account I saw the last sync date was the end of August.

I restarted both the watch and the bluetooth. It says there is an update available for the Luxe but I cannot sync to update. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello @Dove96 and welcome to the Help forum.  I'm not sure how you got your Luxe to sync with your Mac at all.  It is only compatible with iPhones that run iOS 13 or newer or Android phones running Android 8.0 or newer.  Fitbit's older devices used to sync with Macs with software called Fitbit Connect.  The Luxe isn't compatible with Fitbit Connect.  You need to use the Fitbit app on a compatible phone.

I downloaded "Fitbit connect" for my Mac when I received my Luxe the end of July and it was able to sync through my computer. It just stopped.

I ended up putting in on my phone so I could sync and update. Thank you for your help.
