Luxe stopped tracking my active zone minutes

My Luxe stopped recording zone minutes yesterday.  I did restart on Sunday because notifications stopped working.  Also restarted my phone.  Notifications now work but zone tracking does not.  Any suggestions?

Hi there, @tv789. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Luxe before reaching out. I'm glad to hear that your Luxe is now receiving notifications. 

There are 2 ways Luxe notifies you about Active Zone Minutes: 

• Workouts: A few moments after you enter a different heart-rate zone while using the Exercise app. The number of times your device buzzes indicated which zone you're in: 

Number of Buzzes	Heart-Rate Zone
1 buzz	Fat burn zone
2 buzzes	Cardio zone
3 buzzes	Peak zone

• Everyday activity: 7 minutes after you enter a heart-rate zone throughout the day (for example, during a brisk walk)

Heart-zone notifications are turned off to start. To turn them on, see Can I turn zone notifications on or off on my Fitbit device?

Thanks for the response!  Unfortunately it’s not notification of the zone that isn’t happening.  It’s just not offing zones at all.  I exercise 45 minutes a day on an elliptical and it’s giving me no zone minutes.  I also walk at lunch and it usually gave me zone minutes for that as well but not anymore.
