Luxe stopped tracking my data and it won't charge

My luxe stopped tracking and won’t charge.  The app said it synced and I have the most recent update.  Any suggestions?

Hello there, @KBdenver. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Luxe and making sure it has the most recent firmware version. I understand where your concern is coming from. 

As a first approach, I'd recommend restarting your Luxe. For more information, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?. Afterwards, please try charging your Luxe and see how it goes.
