Luxe stopped tracking my data

For 3 days now,I can get my steps count or the zone counts.  It also is not counting my water or mindful minutes.   Is this a sign my fitbit is going out or is a problem at your end?

Hi @GMACarolyn - the problem should be fixed but measures you took previously may have an impact.

 

Best is to limit to the watch and phone

Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe the active window off, clear the storage cache and force stop it.

Restart both watch and phone

Login to the app and click Edit to adjust any missing elements and then Done and sync.
