Luxe stopped tracking my exercises

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Fitbit luxe was tracking my exercise routines automatically for a couple of weeks, and all of a sudden it stopped doing it.

I have followed all the suggested steps to correct, but it is still not working. Any info on this?

Hi there, @Maruchi728. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Luxe and taking the time to troubleshoot it before posting here.

As a first approach, please know that most Fitbit devices automatically recognize and record high-movement activities through the SmartTrack feature. To start, the default duration settings of your Fitbit Inspire 2 is 15 minutes long. However, you can also choose which activities your device tracks automatically, or change the amount of time needed to record the activity. To do so, please follow the next steps:

  1. Tap the Today tab , then tap the Exercise tile.
  2. Tap the gear icon in the top right.
  3. Tap an exercise, and adjust the duration or turn off Auto-recognize.

You can learn more about the SmartTrack feature in this link How do I track my activity with my Fitbit device?

Keep in mind that you can also use the Exercise app to start and stop a workout. For more information, see How do I track my workouts with my Fitbit device?

Nevertheless, I've seen you contacted our Support Team before posting here and they've already assisted you. If you still need help or have any questions/concerns regarding the outcome of your case, please feel free to contact our team back for further assistance.

I’m having the same problem.  Mine only tracked for a couple of days before it just stopped doing it.  I already tried the steps above and nothing changed… it’s still not tracking.

Hi there, @LADP27. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for taking the time to follow the tips and recommendations I've provided above.

In addition to those steps, please try restarting your Fitbit device by following these steps. Then, try setting up your Fitbit device as a new device.

Once the above has been performed, test your Luxe to see if it starts tracking your exercises.
