Luxe stopped tracking my health metrics data

I had really enjoyed the premium subscription,  especially for Health Metrics. Unfortunately,  it just stopped recording HRV, BR and sleep data. I've updated my tracker, cleaned the back of the device, restarted my device....(a Luxe), to no avail.  Thinking paying for premium is not going to work for me if these metrics aren't working. Any clues how to fix it?

HI, @TammyJay, you should contact "Customer Support", depending on where you are you may see a Fitbit Premium tile, if not use the chat facility or phone for prompt attention.
