Hi, @Jacv , are the green lights on the back flashing?  If not, please check to see whether heart rate has been turned off on your Luxe.  From the clock screen swipe down until you come to the settings menu. Tap to open settings and then swipe up to find heartrate and make sure that it is set to ON.  If it is set to ON but you are still not seeing the green lights, try toggling it to OFF, waiting a moment and then toggling back to ON.

If the green lights are flashing but you are still not seeing your heart rate, you may be wearing your Fitbit too loosely.  Try wearing it a little tighter on your wrist and a little higher up.  Note if you have a tattoo on your wrist this may interfere with heart rate detection.

I just switched to the Luxe as of last night and have done the steps above, restarted the watch and still it cannot detect my heart rate. The green lights are on and my previous FitBit watch was able to read my heart rate with no problems. Is there something else that can be done to fix this issue?

Here's a few things to check:

☆ Ensure the back of your Luxe is clean. Sometimes dead skin and dirt can build up on it. With a little pressure, a dry microfiber cloth should be able to clean it.

☆ Ensure you have selected the correct wrist setting for your watch. If the setting is selected for your non-dominant wrist and you are a right-handed person, your watch should be on your left wrist. If you're left-handed and you wear your watch on your left wrist, then you need to change the setting to "dominant" wrist.  I think the setting defaults to "non-dominant"

☆ Ensure your watch band is not too loose but also not too tight. Too tight and you may end up with a bit of a burn.

☆ Ensure your watch is worn in the correct spot on your wrist.  It should be about 2 finger widths above the wrist bone, with the clock face on the outside upperside of of your wrist.  It won't work if the clock face is on the inside of your wrist.

Hope this is helpful 😊🤞
