Luxe stopped tracking my readiness score

Hi,

The readiness score on my Fitbit quit working a few days ago. Now it shows a score of 0.  Not sure why it stopped working or how to get it back. I’m always wearing my Fitbit unless I’m showering or charging it. My premium membership is also still active.

any suggestions on how to get my readiness score to start calculating again?

Hi there, @jenprescott. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Luxe.

If you don't see your daily readiness in the Fitbit app, please take the below information into consideration:

  • The Fitbit app must be on version 3.49 or higher. For more information on updating the Fitbit app, see How do I use the Fitbit app?

  • You must be a Fitbit Premium member using a compatible device. For a list of compatible devices, see Who can see a daily readiness score in the Fitbit app?
  • To receive your first daily readiness score, you must wear your Fitbit device 14 hours per day for at least 4 days and nights. To continue receiving a score, wear your device 4+ nights per week.
  • If you already received your first score, make sure you wear your device for at least 1 full day (during the day and to sleep at night), then check your score after you wake up in the morning. To see a daily readiness score, you must wear your Fitbit device for at least 14 hours.
  • Make sure the back of your device is in contact with your skin. The band should be snug but not constricting.
  • Most metrics require at least 3 hours of quality sleep. If you move a lot during your sleep or the sleep session is too short, you might not get a reading.

Hope this helps.

Hi Marre,

All of you suggestions I already have or do.
My Fitbit is updated, I’m a premium member with a luxe which is compatible
with the readiness feature. I wear my watch everyday except if I’m charging
it or taking a shower. It is maintaining contact with my skin, not too
loose to too tight.

It has been recording my readiness score with no issue since the feature
came out.
It is only this week that it has stopped working and is giving me a score
of 0. The button on my dashboard also now says get started which it didn’t
has last week.

In the feature if I click on the buttons(active, sleep, heart rate) it
pulls up the page but there is no back arrow anymore so the only way to get
out of the page is to close my Fitbit app.

How can I reset the readiness feature to get it working correctly again??

I have the exact same problem. I had the score regularly, then I didn’t. The supporting data for a score is available (so the device is recording the information), but then the screen freezes on the page and the only way to get off it is to turn off my phone and restart it. I’ve seen users of other FitBit devices complaining as well. Some report dealing directly with customer support for a long time and getting nowhere. This obviously is more than a problem with one device! It needs a solution and one readily available to anyone who needs it.

I seem to have solved my problem. I withdrew consent for gathering data in DR settings, then gave consent again. A couple days later I have a score again. When I searched all the threads at the beginning of the issue with my device, nobody reported this one working. This is really easy and won’t mess up anything already working. Let me know if it does or doesn’t work for you.
