Luxe stopped tracking my sleep data accurately

Ever since you switched to the new format, my Luxe no longer tracks my sleep correctly. I never had this problem till the switch over. It tracks a few hours and then stops. If I wake up during the night and go back to sleep it doesn't track the 2nd round of sleep.

Also, I hate the new design. It used to be so easy to pick up my stats on steps, sleep and resting heart rate and now I have to scroll thru the page to find it. I hate it.

I've started wearing my Apple Watch to bed instead. I've had a Fitbit for years now and loved it for the simplicity of use and the small design but I can't deal with this. I have a heart condition and need to have accurate info and I no longer trust Fitbit to do that.

I have an iPhone, so I guess do whatever it is you do to “close” an app

I turned off Bluetooth last night and all synced when I turned Bluetooth
back on this morning. I will try that for a few days. If BT is off, app
can't sync.

Appears to have made it much worse for me!

It eventually syncs but definitely isn't ideal. I think it is time to close this discussion, perhaps someone knows how?
