Luxe stopped tracking my sleep data since August 26th

I only started using my new Luxe last Saturday August 19. It was working well at all levels, but since last Saturday August 26 (only one week later) it has stopped tracking sleep data (it only gives me "simplified sleep details"). Fitbit team: may I know what could be going on? Thank you.

My Luxe stopped monitoring my sleep AND now doesn't monitor my heart rate.

I have contacted twice. Just stopped giving sleep details. Says Can’t get a heart beat. But my Fitbit shows my heart rate just fine. 
mused together it then it stopped

what next?

Let's face, once moving Fitbit to Google it is worthless unless you PAY for a subscription which I am not going to do. It will not sync with app.
