Luxe stopped tracking my sleep score

Hi I see that a few people have the same problem and wonder if it has been resolved.  My Luxe has all of a sudden after 8 months stopped showing sleep score.  I have been through all of the suggested fixes but still unable to get this.  Have adjusted the strap, though I am not doing any different than I was when first started wearing it.  Have re-started Luxe, have looked at app in case update required, have re-started phone, have removed and re-added in Bluetooth, manually synced  and everything else requested but no joy.  Anyone any ideas please.

Hi there, @Holidayhardue. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Luxe before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from.

Keep in mind that you must see sleep stages in order to see your sleep score information. Please swipe left on the Sleep Score graph, here you can see information about your weekly sleep average and sleep duration. To get more detailed information, see What's sleep score in the Fitbit app?

With that in mind, I recommend considering the following in order to get sleep stages:

  • If you used the Begin Sleep Now option in the Fitbit app (instead of simply wearing your device to bed). For more information on automatic sleep tracking, see How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device?
  • If you slept for less than 3 hours.
  • If your device’s battery is critically low.

For more information, see What should I know about Fitbit sleep stages?

Hi

I would advise that even although I had tried all of the things you suggested above before I have done them all again with no joy.  I am deeply disappointed and at a loss as to why having not changed anything this function decided just to stop.

It is most annoying and to be honest I feel like giving up and buying a new watch and not a Fitbit.  But to be honest this Luxe is only 8 months old and should not, I believe, need to be replaced so soon.

if you have any further recommendations I would be pleased to try.

thanks
