Luxe stopped tracking my sleep score

I have only had the Luxe for a short time. I have a premium account. It tracked my sleep details and gave me a sleep score until today. No data or score for last night. Then when I checked the app again, my previous sleep data and scores were gone. I have reset the app and the device. My phone is a Galaxy S10.

Hi there, @cartophile. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Luxe before reaching out.

Is your Fitbit Luxe fairly new? Did you recently get it? If the answer is yes, please bear in mind that sleep stages are based on heart rate data. Since you just got the Fitbit Luxe, give the heart rate a few days to settle down. It does some calculations, looking at heart rate throughout the day and while you are sleeping, so it might just not have enough data to give a reasonable value yet.

Hope this helps.
