Hi there, @SLC52. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Luxe.

Keep in mind that you must see sleep stages in order to see your sleep score information. Please swipe left on the Sleep Score graph, here you can see information about your weekly sleep average and sleep duration. To get more detailed information, see What's sleep score in the Fitbit app?

With that in mind, I recommend considering the following in order to get sleep stages:

  • If you used the Begin Sleep Now option in the Fitbit app (instead of simply wearing your device to bed). For more information on automatic sleep tracking, see How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device?
  • If you slept for less than 3 hours.
  • If your device’s battery is critically low.

For more information, see What should I know about Fitbit sleep stages?

Hope this helps.

My Luxe has tracked my sleep quite well. Now it suddenly stopped.  I have not gotten a sleep score for a week.  The sleep score is one of the main reason I bought Fitbit.  I have tried restarting the Luxe, I never use the Begin Sleep Now, I am definitely sleeping more than three hours and my battery is not low. I will not buy one of these every six months to a year because it quits working.  This is my 3rd Fitbit.  If it will not work I guess it is time to switch to Fossil, Goggle Watch or Garmin or if I have to buy one over and over I can find one cheaper. Disappointing!

I am also having trouble with the sleep score. I am a restless sleeper so I seldom sleep for 3 hours uninterrupted.  This is why I wanted the sleep app.  I do everything as instructed.  But I have only gotten a sleep score 6 times in over 2 weeks.  This app is useless to me.

Just an update.  I contacted Customer Support (That was a pain, but not important!) They had me REPLACE a Device on my app.  I had already gone through all the steps mentioned above.  So, did not think it would work. But, I did it.  I did not lose any information at all, and now my Luxe is tracking everything properly again. Open your app. Tap on your profile (I don't have a picture so it is a little blue/grey circle with a sort of head in it on the top Left). Tap Set up a Device. Tap your Device (Luxe) Tap Replace device. Follow the prompts. Worked for me.

Restarting worked for me too. Thank you so much.
