My Luxe has suddenly stopped tracking all of my sleep. I get around 6 to 7 hours sleep, but it is only showing around 4.5 hours on average, and it has stopped giving me a sleep score. I cannot find a way to reset this. Can you help?

Hi there, @KirPott. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Luxe.
As a first approached, I'd recommend to sync your Luxe to the app after waking up. This will help to make sure that all your data is sync properly.
Also, note that your time asleep is calculated by subtracting your time spent awake and restless from your overall tracked sleep time. For example, if you slept 8 hours but woke up 2 times for 15 minutes each, your time asleep would be 7 hr 30 min. Edit or delete sleep logs in the Fitbit app. For instructions, see How do I add, edit, or delete Fitbit data and activities?
Regarding your sleep score data, keep in mind that you must see sleep stages in order to see your sleep score information. To get more detailed information, see What's sleep score in the Fitbit app?
With that in mind, I recommend considering the following in order to get sleep stages:
