Hi. I used my Inspire 2 during summer , it got wet and I let it dry. Now that I want to use it again, it did not charge. I have tried the different advices given in the community and they did not work. What could I do?

Hi there, @MagdaB. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit device won't turn on after getting wet. I appreciate you've taken the time to troubleshoot the inconvenience prior to posting here. I'll be glad to continue helping you.
As a first approach, would you mind confirming whether you have a Luxe or Inspire 2? It seems you have a Luxe and that's why I took the time to move your post to the correct board for organization purposes. Also, please let me know the steps you've tried so I can provide different troubleshooting steps.
Moving on to the issue, as you mentioned, if your device got wet, it’s important to take it off and dry it well before putting it back on. On the other hand, if your device has come into contact with any liquid other than fresh water, you should clean it with fresh water and a soap-free cleanser and dry it with a lint free-cloth.
If you've done the above but to no avail, may I know if your Luxe vibrated during the restart process? If it didn't, I'd recommend trying the steps below:
Hope that helps.

Hi, Marre. Thank you for your answer. I have two fitbits. I’m using the Luxe, but wanted to alternate it with the Inspire 2. There it’s when I tried to reactivate my Inspire and didn’t work. I tried what you suggested lately, and it did not start.
