Luxe stopped working after getting wet

I wore my luxe briefly while swimming and now wont work. I've tried to restart it following the instructions,  but it won't restart.

Hi @MaggieHillock Itsounds as if water has got in. I have swum wearing my Luxe many times, so I think a seal has probably given out on yours. If it is still covered by warranty then contact Fitbit Support  , but if it isn't covered then it has sadly died.

Update: I contacted Fitbit support. They were extremely helpful. I followed their instructions but the piece is dead. They're going to replace it. I could not be more grateful.
