I am so annoyed. I have my luxe 3 years and after just 1 minute in a swimming pool it died. Will not come back on no matter what I do. Why does it state water resistant up to 50 meters when its not. Thats surely false advice? I refuse to buy another one now. Bye bye fitbit

Hi, @NIAMHBYRNE1975, welcome to the community, your Lux is good for swimming (I wore mine daily for a while) provided it is not damaged. You should be aware that small wearable devices do have a finite life expectancy limited by the number of charge/discharge cycles the battery has had. May I suggest you try charging it for a few hours Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? - Fitbit Help Center provides advice & guidance. If your device shows physical signs of water ingress or gets warm on the charger do not continue charging it. As you've had your device for 3 years you have run beyond Fitbit's return and warranty .
I hope this helps.
Cheers
