I’ve had my Luxe for only a few months and took care of it and even kept it from getting wet, except once in a pool two weeks ago. This morning it was working fine and then just stopped. When I open the app it says it’s charged to 97% but doesn’t track any of my steps. The watch is completely unresponsive and the sensor doesn’t light up anymore at the bottom. Anyone know if I can fix this?

Same here. Black screen. I'm so mad I thought by purchasing a fitbit it would be a better quality. I was wrong.

Mine did the same thing. I went through all the hoops and since it was under warranty I was sent a new one. Less than 1 month later I called as the battery drained in 2 hours I did all the changes so it was on battery saver mode. Now, it only shows how much my battery is charged. So 2 Luxe’s in 6 months. When will FitBit do the right thing and recall all the Luxe’s so consumers will get a full refund. The company did offer me to buy a different tracker at half price. They know there is problems but won’t recall. Not happy! If anyone asks I’m not recommending the Luxe as it is a bad tracker and should be recalled.

My luxe suddenly died yesterday afternoon. Tried all the fixes nothing. I was just past warranty period. I found a good deal on an inspire 2. It also apparently has issues especially with latest update. I don't plan on updating. Wi see how it goes. I have had other fitbits that lasted years and I was able to pass them on when I upgraded. I even sprang for the special luxe package with fancy band. Now totally useless.

No answer my luxe screen is black and will not come on. Will not sinc When i go to setting and try to remove and start over it will not go to delete or any thing but how the screen work. it does not show all the settings,

I have been sent this link as mine would not turn on. It worked by pressing the button on charging cable.

My Luxe screen keeps going black and the watch is unresponsive.
This is fixable by restarting with three slow presses of the small button on the charging cable. After this you will have to sync with your phone as the clock will be wrong.
However, this is not a permanent solution and it keeps happening.

Since the only clock faces are official Fitbit ones, the clock faces shouldn't make the device unresponsive.

Thank you! I hadn't noticed the button on the charging cable. Hopefully I can get my Luxe sync after it charges!

I had my Luxe for just 2 days and I have the same issue. Was fully charged and never wet. Shoes it stopped syncing at 3;55am last night. I am a frugal person and decided to splurge on myself… so disappointed.
I have had an Alta HR for years with no issues. So frustrating ☹️

I replaced my Inspire HR after many years because it wasn’t holding a charge. I have had the Luxe for a few months and loved it until this morning. It shows that it synced @ 5:30 when I got up, but when I put it on the charger it did nothing. I went through all the usual steps of turning off Bluetooth, restarting the phone, pressing the button on the charging cable three times etc. Nothing. I unpaired it from Bluetooth, and now it won’t re-pair! Not happy! Now I don’t even have a watch, and I hate having to take my phone out all the time to see what time it is! Yeah, I know I’m old school!

Thanks this just worked, but if it is a continuing operation that will be unacceptable. This will not be considered a permanent repair.
