Luxe stops recording cardio load

My luxe screen goes black and it stops recording cardio load before I finish my walk.  It does record steps. I have been restarting it when I get home.

Have you checked to see if there's any firmware updates on the Luxe itself that need to be installed?  How about any Fitbit app updates?

There is no indication that there is an outstanding update for my firmware. I have 58.200001.194.91

My fitbit app is the latest version.
