Luxe stops syncing after midnight

My Fitbit Luxe stops syncing every night around 2am.

It won't sync again until I get up in the morning & put it on charge.

This is a big issue for me....not being able to check the time to get up.

@PLB16 You should contact Customer Support for further assistance. It sounds like your device is dying or something internally is wrong with it.

Hi there, @PLB16. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and sharing the details about the issue with your Luxe. I understand how you must be feeling. 

As a first approach, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync? 

If the issue persists, please try the steps below:

  • Unpair your Luxe from your phone's Bluetooth and Fitbit app.
  • Unpair other Bluetooth devices that you may also have paired to your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up your Luxe.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Luxe.
  • Once your Luxe is paired and syncing, please proceed to set up your other Bluetooth devices to your phone again.

Thank you for your email.
Have done all you suggest, culminating in unistalling the app &
reinstalling yesterday.
If anything, it has made matters worse.
Screen just goes blank & will only sync again when put on charger.
Had to do this 4 times yesterday, & it went blank again at 4.30am earlier.
Just unacceptable.
What do you suggest I do now?
