Luxe stops tracking my steps when I'm close to the 10,000

My luxe Fitbit stops recording steps close to 9990. It doesn't happen every day but has happened so many times. What to do?

Hi there, @Neelima. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Luxe. I understand where your concern is coming from. 

 

If you haven't done so yet, please restart your Luxe as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

After I restarted my device, as suggested by you, it worked okay till 9981
steps but after that it again stopped. It didn't record a single step even
after walking for about 500 steps. I again restarted my Fitbit, then only
it started recording again.
Any other suggestions?
