Luxe stuck on Fitbit Logo

Just purchased. Luxe charged ok when first charged. Now will not turn on after rebooting/restarting. 
Once the restart is done the Fitbit logo shows then goes away and will not do anything else.  Will be connecting to IPhone.

Hi there, @Blushrose. Welcome to the Community Forums. 

In order to solve the issue, please follow the steps below:

1. Remove the Luxe from your phone's Bluetooth settings and in the Fitbit app.
2. Restart your Luxe.
3. Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.
4. Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
5. Set up your Luxe.

Hello… I have done all the steps but it will not come on.

 

I connect to the charger and do the reset by pushing the button on USB end as directed. 
The FItbit logo shows for less than a second and the goes away.  Can’t get it to do anything else.  The unit is new and I haven’t even connected to IPhone yet.
