Luxe stuck on Fitbit Logo

I got a Fitbit luxe around a year ago and, as of today, the only screens it will show is the Fitbit logo when restarting and the downloading screen when trying to update it.

 

It died earlier today and I just recently went to charge it and it showed the Fitbit logo like usual but when I went to take it off the charger after letting it charge for a couple hours it never turned on with the turn of my wrist. I went into the app and noticed it was due for an update so I tried to do that and it'll try for a little bit and then I can see my Fitbit give up and then my phone will say syncing and then say the update failed.

 

I've tried restarting the app, my phone, and my Fitbit. I've tried deleting the app and

re-pairing my Fitbit and nothing is working. Please help
