I took my Samsung S23 ultra in for a screen replacement and ever since my Luxe has not synced to my phone. The time was also off by several hours. I am still seeing sleep and step info, as well as my current heart rate on the app, but no cumulative heart rate data. I have tried ALL of the suggested fixes on my phone, as well as the responses to similar questions on this community board. I even did an AI query that gave me some suggested approaches that I hadn't seen anywhere else. 2 days ago, I got the red circle with a white x in it and my phone reset to midnight, January 1st. I am still unable to sync my watch - I now just see my current BPM and no other data are being shown/tracked. I'm assuming that I have now done a factory reset? Is there anything else I can do - or is my Luxe dead? (RIP - as a small wristed person, this has been my favorite tracker in years )

Welll, no responses, so I reformatted my question and sent it in to Fitbit directly. I was pointed to some topics (w.r.t. the red circle/white x) and got a solution on this page https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Luxe/Luxe-stuck-on-a-white-X-and-red-circle/td-p/5427551 that seems to have solved my problem! So if you have a similar problem, try it. On another note - I really hope that Google will re-release a new version of Luxe in 2026! I love the size (for my small wrist) - I'm hoping my watch will hang on until the new models are released!
