Luxe stuck on a white X and red circle

My luxe all of a sudden started showing the red circle with white X. The only thing that fixed this was removing the device from my profile on the app, it worked again for an hour and showed right back up. No other solutions offered worked like factory reset or Bluetooth reset/remove. Why am I having to do this multiple times a day all of a sudden?

Update: Its also no longer registering my steps 😢

Hi there, @Tiffaney123. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Luxe and the image attached. I understand how you must be feeling.

In addition to the steps you've done, please try the following in the order listed (even if some of them you've tried already):

  1. Unpair your Luxe from the Fitbit account
  2. Unpair your Luxe from the phone's Bluetooth settings
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  4. Turn off the Bluetooth.
  5. Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  6. Turn on the Bluetooth.
  7. Setup your device again.
  8. If there is no connection, restart your Luxe once again.

If you can't get started with your Fitbit device, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Said so, I'd advise to follow the troubleshooting steps provided here Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
