Luxe stuck on a white X and red circle

My fitbit luxe won't vibrate or anything at all. I tried all the tricks that fitbit has and the charger button doesn't do anything My iphone doesn't have it paired in bluetooth and my fitbit app cannot seem to find my fitbit even though it literally is on top of my phone. Can you do anything to help me?

Hi there, @jhopper4561. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Luxe before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from. 

In order to solve the issue, please follow the steps below:

1. Remove the Luxe from your phone's Bluetooth settings and in the Fitbit app.
2. Restart your Luxe.
3. Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.
4. Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
5. Set up your Luxe.

Thank you for responding. It has lost the red x but is now showing the fitbit logo for 1 second and then doesn't respond again until after i push the button. My fitbit app is trying to find it but it won't pick up even after I try the trouble shooting tips.
