I have had my luxe for a year almost to the day and has been working perfectly fine and now has a red circle with a white X. It’s not connected to my phone or anything trying to figure out what it could be with online and tried the stuff but nothing is helping. Please help!

Hi there, @DC224. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Luxe.
In order to solve the issue, please follow the steps below:
1. Remove the Luxe from your phone's Bluetooth settings and in the Fitbit app.
2. Restart your Luxe.
3. Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.
4. Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
5. Set up your Luxe.
